Nominate the Muslims (& Allies) Making Change in 2022

Nominate the leaders of 2022 so we can share their story with the world. We are seeking nominations from across the nation that reflect the full diversity of the American Muslim community and its allies. Selected nominees will be recognized as National Honorees and celebrated on a national platform. Make sure to also get your free tickets!

Nominations are now OPEN.

Trailblazer

An emerging American Muslim leader or organization creatively countering bigotry and hate, charting a path forward towards justice.

Lifetime Achievement

An American Muslim leader whose work has made a positive impact in advancing civil rights and social justice.

Economic Justice

An American Muslim individual or organization who has fought for economic inclusion and equity against racial, class and religious marginalization.

Allyship

An ally (individual or organization) whose work has significantly supported American Muslims and advances the common struggle for justice.

Who are we looking for?

People with courage and vision who are unafraid to do what is needed to protect the rights and dignity of American Muslims, even if — or especially when — it challenges the dominant way of doing things in advocacy, community service, organizing, governing, arts and culture.

How do I nominate someone?

Fill out our online form with basic information about your nominee and a text or video testimonial about this person’s leadership. Try to be as specific as possible. Share stories about the difference that the nominee is making. If you believe in your nominee, have as many people submit on their behalf as possible to show broad impact.
